Ask a local photographer if they want to do a model shoot at the venue. They can bring a model and do a bridal shoot and then you can use the photos for the venue. Get a contract for photo usage too.

I practiced lunging mine with a blanket tied to the saddle first and then tied to me. We never had an issue when it came to the actual dress
