I do this too! I have smart lights I can set for daytime or rainy day that fill in the darker areas. Helps a lot! I make the lights a little less warm during the day to blend with the daylight

my building is older so i don’t even have big lights, only lamps - aesthetic lamps stay on always 😌

Yessss lamps on during the day make such a difference! Our family room and kitchen don’t get a lot of direct sunlight so I got a few lamps and they help so much :)
