That’s a great price. Im not sure why everyone is so salty. You can’t even buy a nice 4 bedroom house for under 300k rn. If you want to build a house for a good price then YOU have to put work in!

So jealous of a loan of 280k! Lol we built our house in 2021 during covid and our construction loan was 550k, our 2.5 acre lot was 75k that we rolled into that loan. This is Northern CA for ya though!
