@sexedfiles: An O is a powerful physical and emotional response to stimulus. It’s often described as the highest point of “excitement” 🏔️💥 People tend to question whether or not they’ve had one because they’re hard to describe. Not to mention, there are over 20 different types and a wide range of reactions to them. They can vary in intensity, duration, and sensation. This is why I’m very curious about how you will describe them. Here’s what they might feel like: ❤️‍🔥 increased heart rate, body heat, and deep breathing 🌊 waves of intense satisfaction. It’s sometimes overstimulating ⚡ involuntary muscle contractions down there as well as your face & legs 🧨 build-up of tension, then a release—big or small 🌸 a rush of feel-good hormones, bringing euphoria & relaxation 💤 sleepiness, deep satisfaction, or even emotional memories 🍃 heightened sensitivity—sometimes too much to keep going Ultimately, knowing and trusting your body and your individual sensations is the best thing you can do! 🗯️REMEMBER: An O isn’t always the end goal. You can have an amazing time without them, but if you want try to get there, start by exploring your body during self love time.
