Not crazy helpful now but if you do a TCA peel in the future and you are at/above a Fitzpatrick 4 you need to use an melanin inhibitor for 4 weeks prior to the peel. The lighter skin post peel can happen on darker skin tones. You can do a series of weekly mandelic peels to help with it roughly 2 weeks after you stop peeling.
