I learned a long time ago to never mix business with personal life. We don’t use friends for realtors. We don’t use our contractor friends for work we need. We don’t hire so-and-so’s HVAC relative. Anything that requires a trade of lkmey for skill, we 100% stay away from mixing any business with our personal relationships.
