That’s why I’ve never bought from them. Their high priced and disgusting acts towards clients. Helzberg and zales only.

@Curlygirl97: : Kay Jewelers is by far the worst place ever! I designed a custom engagement ring and my fiancé proposed on May 2025. First problem was that I ordered it as princess cut but they put an Asscher cut in. Not sure how that was confused because those aren’t even similar at all. They refused to change the stone without making us pay for another one. So I just kept it it’s pretty but not what I wanted. Oh it’s a custom Neil Lane by the way. I’m not going to say the price of the ring just because but it was insanely expensive and also a very big stone. Long story short after a month of having my ring not even wearing it that much the stone was loose. Took it to get fixed was in the shop for three weeks. Came back and the stone was even more loose! But anyway my ring was sent to be fixed five times between May and December 2025! The company admitted to me that the design they made was not good enough for the size of stone. However even though they admitted that it was on them that they made a bad design they refused to redo the ring for free like the should have and were going to charge me thousands of dollars to fix it. Also side note one of the times it was in the shop they rebuilt the prongs to make them bigger and it came back scratched and uneven and you could see folding in the 10k white gold. Eventually after the fifth time it came back I said screw it im going to take it somewhere else cause they aren’t going a dang thing. Found a really nice jeweler and she made a whole new one for me and I haven’t had a problem since. DO NOT GET A CUSTOM RING FROM KAY’S EVER!! They will gaslight as much as possible not take responsibility and won’t fix things. DON’T DO IT EVER!!
