They determined her age based off what the doctors told them. They didn’t just randomly change her age without any proof. The courts would never let you do that without some type of proof.

They knew she was a child. They put her at 22 because you have to care for adopted children until they’re 22 years old. They did that poor girl so dirty! She was a child that they couldn’t handle.
