I got both passes. Skied about 20 times so probably broke about even but the convenience was well worth it.

For CO I’d say try epic! I’ve done both for two years and you can be happy with either. But if visiting from out of state 4 of the 6 epic resorts are very close and can be done while staying in 1 spot

I got epic simply based on vet discount. Was pretty satisfied with it. Really enjoyed Okemo. Hunter is a nice NY resort. Liberty was really nice. I fell in love with Park City prior to learning to ski

Skiing Epic last year and Ikon this year out of the northeast, I am going back to Epic next year. Ikon mountains are alright, but Epic mountains are better imo

Epic has sunapee, crotched, wildcat and attitash in NH, ikon only has loon in NH. Ikon has Sunday river and sugarloaf in Maine epic has none in Maine
