I truly believe I was meant to see your video today. I’ve been fighting an ear infection with nonstop high sugars 15+ mmol and electrolytes actually helped when nothing else did. I was hardly eating for a few days and sugars just kept going up. It’s been a nightmare. Thank you so much for putting this out there. Omg, it worked.

I was hospitalized for diverticulitis and severe dehydration because of non stop diarrhea. They told me I had type 2 after blood work. They checked my sugar levels every 2 hours and sugar was fine after being on an IV for 24 hours. I believe this.

You are totally right! Morning glucose was 106 and brought down in the 90s range after drinking water 1 hour before bedtime and have half a cup of warm water with Baja sea salt
