beside this product placement. The study your own way is true. I had moments where I had 20m concentration, next 6h in one go. My mom tried to force to a schedule as all docs said so.

I slept through class, somehow everything just got “absorbed”-drove a couple of my teachers crazy bc they couldn’t understand. drove a few “crazy” because they did.
