(1)Looks like it needed more baking time, also try mixing it with a fork and gently stir in one direction only. When pouring the batter in the hot tin u should hear it sizzling or else its not hot

I made this for the first time and failed it had no honeycombs inside bc I didn’t flip over to cool? but I think yours just looks like it needed to bake longer? And everyone says mix with fork.
