In this scenario I'd say he was with me all night but realistically If he'd tell me all that I'd immediately call 911 bc she still could be alive and it was just self-defense so it's better to tell+

If he had evidence it was self defense I wouldn’t cover for him, cause that’s less risky, but if he has no evidence supporting that it was self defense, I’m covering for him, cause if it wasn’t (1)
