Yessss the NICU nurse put him through diaper change/etc boot camp and now he’s SO hands on with everything and it’s wonderful- he is so confident now

Agreed. I had a C-section so my mobility was limited. My husband was in charge of washing the bottles and prepping formula (NICU baby and dual feeding). He also helped me track pumping schedule.

my husband has 6 younger siblings and i haven’t changed a diaper so unfortunately it will be the other way around for us 😂
