My toddlers almost exactly your kids age. We introduced “quiet time”. He has a dim light and quiet toys in his room. Doesn’t have to sleep but he definitely needs to stay in his room and be calm 👌🏻

It might be time for separate bedrooms. Also, maybe instead of “nap” you. An implement “quiet time” one hour they can read or play quietly in their bedsbut you do have to separate them for it to work

My son would do exactly this and then I got him a big bed. He would always try to climb out of his crib but will never leave his bed without rails 😂
