Tacos Los Viejones is probably the best food truck in Denver. Get barbacoa tacos con todos pero salsa verde on the side, then slide across the parking lot & get a papas locas from the elote truck!

No on Mama Jo’s. They had a fryer basket filled with precooked chicken just sitting there until they worked through it. The BBQ took a minute, there was a line. So the chicken was really cold.
