Hi! I have this bag! the across the body strap completely broke, the wheels it comes with don't work, and if you pack it as seen in the video the zipper will break and you won't be able to close it.

It gives me anxiety seeing people not out their liquid stuff like shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste, etc. in ziplock bags. lol I’m too scared to be doing that because what if it leaks in my baggage?

Its expensive but ive had my vera Bradley carry on suit case since 2019 and it fits SO much in there i brought a month worth of clothes on every 4/5 day trip ive been on since ive got it, no cracks dents etc its so nice still and theres a lock too
