This is a super quick and ridiculously delicious snack. Asparagus wrapped with coppa ham, with a tiny morsel of vine-leaf-wrapped Eve cheese hidden inside. Eve is a soft, goat’s milk cheese washed in Somerset cider brandy from @whitelakecheese. All you need to do is spritz with a touch of olive oil, season with sea salt and black pepper, and pop in the air fryer at 200 C for 12 mins.
