@newenglandsummerss: How I would spend a day in Newport, Rhode Island! 🌊🌞🤍 Brunch on the lawn at Castle Hill Inn - the lawn terrace opens at 11:30 am 7 days a week but they have a special brunch menu on Sundays! 🥐 Going to the @newport.mansions is my favorite activity in the world! You can take daily audio-guided tours and some even have more than one type of tour (like the Breakers!) and each one has amazing grounds you can explore and picnic at! 💍 I love the green grass at the International Tennis Hall of Fame and see people playing there all the time but did you know there is a restaurant looking onto the grass court? Go to La Forge Casino for a relaxed lunch close to the mansions with a great view! 🎾 My favorite free activity in Newport is the Cliff Walk! This walk brings you behind the mansions on the cliffs overlooking the ocean so you can see the back of Newport's mansions and private homes! My favorite thing about the cliff walk is that you can get easily on and off it multiple times through the walk so you can stroll down any street, including the gorgeous campus of @Salve Regina University 🌊 For dinner I would recommend heading down to Bannister's Wharf for shopping and dining!
