@atr_trainingsystems: Supination and Pronation are key movements that we tend to neglect in normal training. This neglect can lead to pain and disfunction at the elbow and wrist! Band twisting is a fantastic way to get the elbow moving through a normal range of motion with manageable and escalating resistance. Orienting the band both horizontally and vertically allows for a different range of motion to be hit with the elbow in the same position. If you're struggling with elbow or wrist pain, or you're looking to give your biceps a novel stimulus fixed in space, give these a try. I recommend sets of 20+ with either a strong isometric on each rep or an oscillating tempo if you're rehabbing sore joints. #weareatr
Armwrestler here. Martial arts belts are a cheap and versatile tool in the repertoire for such movements. Especially if you want to progressive overload supination or pronation exercises
