I do one task for five minutes then lay down. Hype myself up to stand again for another five minutes, then lay back down.

31 weeks here and i wash dishes and go to my bed. do laundry and vo to my bed to rest...vacuum and mop two rooms and go lay down and crash out wake up lost and really thirsty..no energy
