@ashleytimmel: Peel off the blue tape. Pick out some pretty napkins. I got mine from #homegoods. Peel off the back layer and then cut what you like. Add #modgepodge to the bottle and then place cut outs next. Carefully coat the cut out with modge podge. Saran wrap will help smooth out any ripples. After you have decorated how you like let dry for 30 mins. Then seal the whole bottle with one last coat of modge podge.
