@buzeki_sharifah: Today, I joined The Rt. Hon. Prime Minister of Uganda, @RobinahNabbanja, to inspect ongoing city road rehabilitation and drainage improvement projects. We toured key areas, including Bwaise, Kyebando, Sir Apollo Kagwa Road, Mengo, Sentema Road, Masanafu, Nabulagala Junction, Salaama-Kiruddu Road, and Kinawataka. The Prime Minister commended the progress on Sir Apollo Kaggwa and Sentema Roads since her last visit but expressed concern over the slow pace of work on Salama Road. She urged contractors to accelerate their efforts, warning of serious repercussions for delays. Following the tour, we convened at the Prime Minister’s office for a comprehensive review and deliberation on the key issues observed.
