I took stool softener the first 3 weeks postpartum and then stopped and got hemorrhoids I'm now 4 months pp and still have them 😭

Can’t forget adjusting while you sit cause it hurts so bad to sit directly on them and them pulsing cause the pain was that bad

I was told to put Vaseline all over after every trip to the bathroom and that helped mine! (I had a fissure too 😫) and it finally went away after like 2/3 weeks of Vaseline
