Love watching you and so happy you are enjoying Boston, but Lea & Perrins is the only Worcestershire sauce worth a damn.

When we say ‘American food’ we are mostly talking about some version of a dish served in other countries since we are almost all immigrants. And meatloaf has a million recipes.

Hello from Plymouth, Mass! We mix in a cup of bread crumbs softened with 1/2 cup of milk. And one packet of Lipton Onion Soup Mix. Also, cold sliced the next day in a sandwich with mustard...yum!!💙

I make gravy and mashed potatoes with it and I skip the glaze. Also don’t cook it in a pan. Form it on parchment paper on a cookie sheet less grease!

I was litterally watching this and thinking Ollie is definitely in the background watching you film and then you started speaking to him and I’m like I knew it 😂

It’s going to be dry! You need to hand form a loaf of meat. You’ve got it spread in the tin like a cake. Caramelize the onions and use spicy ketchup for the top only. No ketchup in it.

You packed the meat super tight in the pan. I don’t use a loaf pan but I’m sure most do.

Try doing a turkey meatloaf but with sautéed onions, red and yellow peppers.. and yes ketchup on top the last half hour of cooking. Just don’t over cook it.

You can also use oatmeal instead of breadcrumbs, if you want. Also I put a slice of bread to on the bottom to catch the fat.

Definitely sauté the onions first and a little milk. Also mix it with your hands and I think it would stay together better. ❤️

Loaf in the middle of BIG dish and use canned tomato soup, little water, brown sugar S&P over the top. Cover and bake. Serve with mashed potatoes! 💜 I’d love to come with Kianna and make this for you
