@holistic.hev: Here’s why ⬇️ 1️⃣ Not Eating Enough – You can’t grow in a deficit. Most guys think they’re eating a lot, but they’re way under. Track it. Eat more than you burn. 2️⃣ Eating the Wrong Foods – You need real, nutrient-dense food. Steak, eggs, raw milk, fruits, honey. Not protein bars, seed oils, and processed carbs. 3️⃣ Inconsistent Training – Skipping workouts or switching programs every week kills momentum. Muscle needs time, tension, and repetition. 4️⃣ Low Training Intensity – Half-repping and quitting early won’t cut it. Push yourself. Train with intent. Get uncomfortable. 5️⃣ Poor Recovery – Muscle grows outside the gym. Get 7–9 hours of quality sleep. Cut out the junk. Manage stress. Recovery is where the real gains happen. Incorrect: As long as you’re hitting your protein goals and your defecit isn’t too large, you can still put on lean muscle - it’s called body recomp 👍🏻
