So I've had hot cross buns that used chocolate chips instead of raisins, massive MASSIVE improvement

Please make a giant hot cross bun! M&S has mini ones alongside their regular ones and I feel like a giant one would complete the set 💖

Genuinely thought “hot cross buns” was just a song I had to play on the recorder

Hot cross buns are also massive in Australia, chocolate based ones are really popular and sometimes out sell the traditional raisin based ones

at this point the supermarkets do different flavours & fillings of hot cross buns, so there are some without raisins. I love raisins & cinnamon, so toasted hot cross buns are soooo good for me

100% agree, hot cross buns are hands down the worst thing about easter. No need for fruit in bread, nor hot fruit in general
