for anyone who's struggling, I used to not be able to do one, so trust that this works: do 10 NEGATIVES a day, when those become easy, switch to knee push ups, then to regular <3

It took me about 1 month to be able to do 20. Start by doing them on your knees and gradually use your knees less. Even if you use your knees GO INTO A DEEP GOOD PUSH UP, or else it won’t work :)

If you have zero strength start by pushing against a wall, then a high top table, and gradually lower until you can do negatives on the ground.
