After losing 92lbs in 7 months and still going I realized I wasn’t actually hungry it was all a mental game. What helped me a lot was fasting during the day and eating all calories for dinner.

Brother I’m a veteran Infantryman and now a fireman on a busy rescue truck and did HIIT hard 3x week for yrs and I see better results now from walking 3-4x weekly. Mentally it’s been amazing!
