@tommyrunpt: When in recovery mode, think about these three things. …Then you can start thinking about all the bonus stuff that might give you an extra edge. There are plenty of other things you can do to help with recovery of course, and they will be shouted about and products will be sold to you based on all sorts of additional recovery tips and tools, but really nothing comes close to movement, nutrition and sleep. So, lock in on those three, then by all means have at it with everything else.
