Have never replaced one on a GM yet. I know they do fail, but we never see it. And yes, we see a lot of diesels, 6 of our 11 hoists are heavy duty.

the last one I quoted out was around $9k in parts alone with most of the bolts dpf and a few gaskets. it was on a 15 I believe.

2018 F550 6.7. 126k. Codes for clogged DPF. Had local reputable place cut it up and clean and flushed. Said was cleaner ones they’ve done. Back on truck. DPF reset. Still showing 140% and growing.
