Cizeta was founded in 1988 by Claudio Zampoli, a former Lamborghini test and development engineer, with the ambitious goal of creating an exotic supercar that pushed the boundaries of performance and technology. That vision materialized in the form of the Cizeta V16T, a mold breaking supercar with a monstrous transverse 16-cylinder engine! This particular 1991 model was one of the few scheduled for delivery to the Sultan of Brunei. And 1 of only 2 Cizetas built with the Ferrari 512M engine, it exemplified both raw power and luxurious craftsmanship. Designed by Marcello Gandini, the legendary Lamborghini designer, the V16T featured sharp, angular lines that gave it an aggressive, futuristic aesthetic. With its striking presence and high-performance capabilities, it stood among the most exclusive supercars of its era. Despite its groundbreaking design and engineering, production challenges and financial hurdles resulted in only 11 units being built.
