I do this - the NT type convos - with NTs but it’s a learned behavior that I find very difficult! It’s so much easier to communicate with a fellow ND.

My NT work colleagues talk to me like this and it’s so exhausting doing ALL of the talking and being peppered with questions, and then having to thiink of suitable questions when it’s their turn 😭
