It’s insane, restaurants don’t want to pay their employees a living wage, and then when people tip very well they want to take it from them to split!!!! That’s not cool.

No, that is not cool and anyone does that is ignorant and just wants money because they want money if she’s the one at the table and the one busing tables and making money that should be her money to keep no one else’s she should not have to share it if she gets a person that pays her a tip then she should be able to keep that tip. She should not have to give that tip to her boss.
