Thank you- insurance companies are destroying healthcare. I’m a physical therapist. In New York (of all places!) some insurances reimburse less than $50 for a whole 60 minute physical therapy session

The bad guys are hospital admin. More and more, they’re bulk paying surgeons by a salary and giving “bonuses” if they meet a certain threshold of RVUs.
