you ppl are missing things. some avoidants are aware of tendencies, just don't know how to work toward secure attachment. or haven't gone through self realization that they are avoidant yet.

I don’t even know how to get to this point. My avoidant discarded after fault finding and suppressing. Now it’s no contact. Her family says she just needs to sort stuff out. No closure, no discussion.
