Cinnamon alone is not a booster. I would add ginger and turmeric and black pepper to increase the effect to 200%.

@HustlingMy2025: Ceylon cinnamon is very good and tease and own food and then desserts But you’re all right if you put ginger, turmeric and black pepper in with it It will increase the effectiveness of it very much specially if you drink it with a tea, which by the way I’m going in and have some beetroot juice, some Ceylon cinnamon, turmeric ginger and black pepper in a Tea with wild organic honey right now

You can just use beetroot and and cinnamon a lot of people that has acid issues or stomach issues. Cannot use lemon.
