I would never be able to do this. I’m a side and stomach sleeper and I would feel restricted if I had all of this on me. 😫

I have issues with actually staying asleep so how does this work if I’m supposed to go for a sleep study? I’m worried bc I sleep maybe 2 hours at a time then I’m up and sometimes I can go back to sleep but sometimes I can’t?

the worst was the terrible shampoo to wash out the stuff for sticking the leads to my scalp. my hair looked like a fright wig as I walked thru the hospital to go home 🥺

you will never get true readings from me in this situation. one I cannot sleep unless I'm on my stomach and 2 I can't even stand my hair touching my skin at night I would freak out with all those wire

My 7-year-old daughter has had two sleep studies. Both studies showed that she has sleep apnea. It wasn’t until the second study that they discovered she has central sleep apnea with periodic breathing. Now, we are scheduled for an MRI to rule out Arnold-Chiari malformation. Recently, my daughter has been experiencing headaches at night and is taking a long time to fall asleep—insomnia might be a more accurate term for this difficulty. Should I be concerned about these new symptoms, and should I ask her doctors to move up the MRI?
