Rule of thumb: if your lashes DONT hold a curl, waterproof. No matter how good a mascara says it is for curls, if your lashes don’t hold a curl, won’t work, go for waterproof!!

This might be niche but I love the using the maybelline lash sensational mascara w/ the wand of the waterproof sky high mascara…I have to buy both b/c I love the straight wand more than the curved!
