Exactly it's crazy. I had to call 4 times for a broken fridge..when they replaced it.. it was backwards 😂 😭 like why am I paying more in rent for this?

yep! try to find income restricted community. they built alot of new ones around Charlotte recently. I think the bigger cities are doing that.
