To be trespassed he has to be given the opportunity to leave, they could just let him leave and still no ID required

This guy played this very well, this is a slam dunk lawsuit. He has not committed a crime so he does not have to show his id. What about truck drivers who sleep at gas stations in their truck, is that suspicious or loitering? He made them pretty much admit they violated his rights.

I'm sorry officer, the employee or the owner of the establishment must establish the trespass. not a representative! The officer must allow the citizen the chance to leave.
