I’ve seen WAREHOUSES in the north of the uk charging £5000 for just the venue for the day, nothing else, you even had to rent the chairs and tables

Don’t let this fool anyone. The prices that she’s giving here are the prices of the rent or the venue, exclusively. You would have to add the menu, which per person is like 150/200€.
