I was walking with a 45lb plate in my hands & tripped & ran at least 5-10 metres trying to catch myself without falling & faceplanted & crushed my fingers under the plate (gym was packed at 5:30pm)

Freshman year weight lifting class, I didn’t use clips on bench press and all the weights tumbled off and one of the senior boys said rly loud “and that’s why we use clips”

One time the gym was super busy, I’m by myself working out on bench, trying to bench my heaviest, the bar landed on me cause i couldn’t lift it, & no one didn’t come to help or asked if I was ok 🥲🙃

Last week as I was teaching a dance class of 45+ people, one of my extensions got stuck under my sweaty armpit and I pulled it the rest of the way out. Not many of my students know I have extensions🙃

Did my first Pilates class ever and it was on a mega reformer.. we did sumo squats and I slipped and fell and hit my cooch 🥰 was so beyond bruised and painful physically and to my ego

Yesterday… a new coach was there. I said hello and he turned his head, I kissed him on the cheek because i thought he gave me his cheek to say hello. He looked surprise and I think i will never go back to the gym. I’m so embarrassed 😳 I’m from Belgium btw so we kiss on the cheek to say hello 👋🏼 but not to strangers 🤣

My phone had a random afternoon alarm on that went off during savasana (the calming end of the session of YOGA) and I didn’t get up to turn it off because I didn’t think that it was my phone 😅 the yoga instructor got up and turned it off 😂😂
