Her point is the story that’s being told was she was arrested for the miscarriage when if fact the charges were around disposing of a corpse. They were dropped after pathology determined the gestation

I have had 3 miscarriages and my Dr told me to dispose of tissue/remains at home in a manner I saw fit...adding if brought to hospital or his office the tissue would be thrown away.
