a cat harness would be much more enjoyable for your cat, especially on sunnier days, might take him a while to get used to it though

Keep in mind their senses are MUCH stronger than ours so it’s very overstimulating for them, some kitties can be afraid of outside. Take it at his speed, not yours.❤️🩹

Think about it, he’s confined, restricted, no shade, no control, in direct sun with strong eyesight (so that’s gonna hurt)… none of that’s pleasurable for him.

Start training him to walk on leash with you. (Will require lots of treats) start slow so he adapts to the harness first. Then leash walk around your house before venturing outside
