You have right of way in the circuit they probably shouldn’t be cutting you off

But you have right of way. You rly dont need to do anything. It’s their problem to wait for you to pass. It’s a good idea to keep an eye in case they violate the procedures, but otherwise just fly.

This is a great lesson. So many pilots don’t fly by the rules at uncontrolled fields.

A 360 on crosswind isn’t ideal because if you cut it too long you get in the way of the departure end

They are great scenarios. I am suprised by the 360, what if I aboided the conflict by altering course to the right and widening/extending the legs of the pattern

Wouldn’t that be the “departure leg” rather than the “upwind leg”? I’m pretty sure upwind is parallel to the runway

If you’re in crosswind , you are on the circuit so you have the priority over the plane coming into downwind so it’s the other pilot that need to do a 360
