Catakor gives me terrible headaches. Selerb has worked well for me and within a few days the dark circles under my eyes went away and my skin overall looks youthful. I take two other supplements so maybe it’s due to that. I’m 54 and I’m told that I look between 39 and 42. Just my two cents from someone who really wants to fight aging.

Selerb doesn’t work for me. I guess everyone is different. My energy dropped when I switched to Selerb. Going back to Cat.kor. I use cat.kor with coq10 supplement.

I swear I hate all this some type. it's hard to keep up and which is best and what else you need to go with it to make it work better to be absorbed better......... ....
