I know what it feels like to believe the world would be better without you. I know what it feels like to sit in the dark and convince yourself that dying is the only way to stop hurting. I attempted to take my life on June 26, 2024. And today? I'm so damn grateful I failed. Because I would've missed this. I would've missed the people I've met. The places I've traveled. The lives I've been blessed to impact. The laughter. The gym days. The random conversations. The people who stop me just to say,

I would've missed becoming the man I never thought I could be. Listen to me... YOU ARE NOT ALONE. I don't care how dark today feels. I don't care how far behind you think you are. I don't care how loud that voice gets telling you there's no way out. There is more. There are people you haven't met yet. Places you haven't stood yet. Laughs you haven't laughed yet. And a version of you that you haven't even had the chance to become yet. Please don't make a permanent decision because of a moment that feels permanent. I almost died in 2024. In 2026, I'm living a life I couldn't have imagined from the darkness I was sitting in. Stay. Fight. Give tomorrow a chance to surprise you. Because I promise you...
