Soft, buttery brioche buns filled with cream cheese, blueberry compote, and topped with streusel. Perfect for celebrations or cozy weekends! → Mix until smooth. 🫐 Blueberry Compote * 225g blueberries (fresh or frozen) * 40g sugar (2 tbsp) * 1 tsp cornstarch (dissolved in 1 tbsp lemon juice) * ½ tsp grated lemon zest and Orange Zest * → Cook everything in a pot on low heat until thick and jammy. Let it cool. Streusel Topping * 100g flour * 15g sugar * ½ tsp cinnamon * 40g melted butter
→ Mix with a spoon until crumbly. To Assemble 1. Divide dough into 12 buns (about 76g each). 2. Press a hole in the center using the bottom of a glass. And let it rest another 15-20 minutes  3. Fill with cream cheese, then blueberry compote. 4. Brush with egg wash, sprinkle streusel. 5. Bake at 200°C (390°F) for 18–20 minutes, until golden. If using fan-forced, bake at 170°C for 18–20 mins.
