I‘m 5ft1 & wfh.I burn 1450cal so in order to have a 500cal deficit, I would have to eat 950cal💀 thats INSANE. So I‘m forced to burn extra 450cal through Sport EVERYDAY if I want to eat 1300cal which is also lwk little 😩 it‘s a Must for me to count calories bc I could eat much more, but then I would gain weight instead of loosing it
